Excellent hotel with fairly quiet staff who are always willing to be of service. Lovely and satisfactory breakfast selection for all tastes with GF foods and excellent coffee.

We enjoyed the hotel, the friendly and helpful staff.
We enjoyed everything. One small thing and it is more our fault than the hotel's is that I was not able to access the wifi from room 426. I thought that there was something wrong with the computer so I did not check with the staff and used the computes available in the lobby.

I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location was convenient for our purposes, and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The beds were wonderful and the showers/baths were delightful, especially after three days hiking in MachuPicchu!
The first night I had a room without a window! If that is important to you, be sure and ask for a room with a window when you make the reservation or check in. The staff was very accommodating to change my room the next day.

The breakfast was extensive and varied, the check in was early. The room was luxurious with very clean beds and luxury bathroom. The location was best possible and incredibly convenient - walking distance to bars and a stadium.

Perfect room with reasonable price. Staff was also perfect. The man who carried my baggage to my room was vary kind so I took out some money to give him, but he politely declined it. What a gentleman!!!
Breakfast wasn't included.

The service was very good, that made the hotel beautifully kept place. They gave me a very well-decorated and a nice-sized room with a heater, three actual beds plus a great view. Strategic central location just next door to markets and main square - quiet and comfy and taxi to travel to the center plaza.

The breakfast here was top-notch, they even make omelets to order which was pretty cool! the spot where it's located is really awesome, not too far from the Convent of Santo Domingo 🌟.

I did not like that they tried to fool us during checkout. They added 10 usd on the exchange rate and we had toi argue with them and wait for the manager for several hours before she fixed the rate to the official exchange rate. Very slow service in general and not very service oriented staff. The location was off and I would only recommend this hotel if other options are too expensive.
